This notice explains how Basetaa handles enquiries submitted through this website.

Information and purpose

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, business details, requirements, selected solution, expected budget and timing. We use this information to review and respond to your request, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing lists.

Email processing

Enquiries are emailed to the Basetaa team, with an internal email copy for follow-up. A receipt acknowledgement is sent to your address stating that management will contact you within 48 hours. These messages use our email service provider. Do not submit passwords or sensitive financial or personal information.

Retention and safeguards

Enquiries remain in business email correspondence as needed for follow-up. The website server retains limited acknowledgement and retry records for up to 30 days; the acknowledgement queue does not store the enquiry text. Technical fingerprints enforce submission limits and prevent replay. Protected rotating local backups may retain a copy for up to seven additional days. Rate limits and submission safeguards help reduce spam.
